Privacy Policy

Who This Policy Covers

This Privacy Policy applies to Afnane Essentials and to both of our websites: afnaneessentials.com (the main site) and shop.afnaneessentials.com (Afnane Essentials Shop). Where this policy refers to "our sites", it means both of them.

Information We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. That is:

• Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
• Enquiry form: your name, your email address, and the message you write. Submitting the form also records that you acknowledged we may use those details to reply.

We do not ask for, and do not collect, payment card or bank details through our sites. Afnane Essentials Shop does not operate a checkout — see "Links to Opulence Global" below.

How We Use Your Information

Enquiry details are used to read and respond to your enquiry, and to keep a record of that correspondence. Newsletter details are used to send the updates and resources you asked for; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails. We do not sell your personal information.

Form submissions are handled by the customer relationship tools built into the Estage platform, which hosts our sites. Those tools store your submission so we can see it and reply, and send us a notification that it arrived.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is reasonably useful to answer follow-up questions and maintain a record of what was discussed, and then remove it. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Accessing, Correcting or Deleting Your Information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email info@afnaneessentials.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If we cannot action a request, we will tell you why.

Cookies and Analytics

Our sites do not run our own analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies to build a profile of you or to target advertising. The Estage platform that hosts and serves our sites may set cookies or store data in your browser that are necessary for the sites to function. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

Links to Opulence Global

Afnane Essentials Shop is a product discovery catalogue. Products shown there are supplied by Opulence Global, and every product page links out to that company's own website at myopulence.com to complete a purchase. Checkout, payment, accounts and order handling take place on that website, under the terms and privacy policy that apply there rather than this one. We recommend reading them.

Those outbound links include a referral identifier, referral=afnaneessentials, which may identify Afnane Essentials as the referring source and may result in us being credited for the referral. Afnane Essentials does not collect or process payment details through its sites, and does not have access to your account on the partner website. Under a referral arrangement we may receive reporting from the partner about referred activity, such as confirmation that a referral led to a purchase.

Other Third-Party Links

Our sites also link to other third parties, including Estage. Some of these are affiliate or partner links, and we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Once you leave our sites, the privacy practices of the site you land on apply, and we are not responsible for them.
